GENERAL INFORMATION:

We ship to the United States and Canada only. Orders to other foreign countries are not accepted. If we receive an order to be sent to somewhere besides the US or Canada, we will cancel your order and refund your payment. 

Our website accepts payment by both PayPal and Google Checkout. If you prefer not to pay by either of those methods, you may call us (910-464-3700) and arrange to pay either by check or with a debit or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or Discover.) If you do call to place an order, please have the item numbers of the wares you are ordering. 

Mainland US orders are sent by UPS Ground. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii are sent US Postal Service. Shipments to Canada are also sent by postal service. All are fully insured and orders are generally shipped out within 2 days of receipt of order.

We do not take back orders. I try to update the website often enough that only items that are currently in stock are shown. If you do order something that is out-of-stock, I will promptly contact you and refund your payment.

If you have questions that are not answered on the website, feel free to email us or call. (Our store hours are Monday through Saturday, 9 am to 5 pm Eastern time.)

EMAIL LIST:

Our email list is used to inform customers of news and upcoming events and to notify them when we have added new items to our website. If you would like to be added to our email list, please let us know. (We do not sell or rent our email list to anyone.)

SPECIAL ORDERS:

We do not take backorders or special orders.

The one exception to this policy is that for museums and historic sites we will often do special orders, depending on if the pottery is something we have an interest in making or not. We especially enjoy working from historical pieces, sherds, or archaeological drawings of originals from a historic site.

OUR WHOLESALE POLICY:

* 10% discount on purchase of $1000 or more of items for resale only.

* 20% discount on purchase of $2000 or more of items for resale only.

* Museum or historic site gift shops receive the 20% discount on purchases of any amount of items for resale only. This discount does not apply to purchases for exhibitions, furnishings, or programs.
