Small crock, made in the style of pottery made by the Piercy pottery of Alexandria, Va. from 1792 through the very early 1800s.
Glazed interior only with very dark manganese glaze. Exterior and rim unglazed.
4" tall, 5" diameter at top, capacity of 1 1/2 pints.
This is a new piece of pottery made in the old style, not an antique.
