Original attributed to Moravian potter Gottfried Aust, 1755-1775.
Redware, unglazed exterior, brown manganese glazed interior.
5 3/4" high, bowl portion 6 3/4" diameter, one quart capacity.
This is a new piece of pottery made in the old style, not an antique.
